When done right, furnishing for real estate can completely shift the way people see a space. It’s not just about making things pretty — it’s about showing how life can unfold within these walls. That’s what we set out to do in seven newly built apartments in Dubai.
The project began with a brief to furnish two apartments — but after receiving positive feedback from the client, we were asked to complete the remaining units as well. Our Dubai-based warehouse and in-house logistics team ensured a smooth and timely delivery.
In real estate, interior design isn’t just about aesthetics — it’s about helping people see the full potential of a space. Business-focused furnishing turns a bare apartment into a market-ready home that feels instantly liveable.
Each apartment had a different layout, but our approach was united by a common goal: creating a warm, modern space that felt immediately liveable.
In the early 20th century, architecture began shifting towards everyday comfort — modular layouts, functional proportions, and clearly defined living zones. That legacy continues to influence how we design interiors today. For us, it means thinking not just in terms of furniture, but in terms of how people will move, rest, gather, and live.
We worked on seven apartments, all with 2-bedroom layouts, ranging in size from 108 to 134 square metres (1,162 to 1,443 square feet), including both indoor and outdoor living areas. In total, we furnished over 760 square metres (more than 8,180 square feet) of residential space. Despite differences in floor plans, we ensured visual and emotional consistency across all units.
The right details can make a space feel more like a home than a showroom. We paid attention to the atmosphere — using accessories, lighting, and soft materials to build up warmth and depth.
From console tables paired with sculptural mirrors to layered beds and reading nooks, we created interiors that feel like someone already lives there — someone with taste, calm, and a sense of belonging.
One detail we love: adding an outdoor rug on the balcony not only adds texture and warmth but also makes stepping outside more comfortable on colder mornings. The rug is designed for easy cleaning — a practical touch that supports everyday use.
Furnishing isn’t just about appearance — it’s about perceived value. A well-furnished apartment can completely shift how people evaluate it.
In these apartments, thoughtful zoning, warm light, and quality finishes turned square metres into potential memories. That emotional connection is what makes a person say, “I can see myself here.”
