We provide 2 year warranty period starting on the date of order receipt. Any returns and exchanges are accepted only with a valid proof of purchase, i.e. original receipt, packing slip, order number or gift card number.
Warranty overview
We will accept returns and exchanges only provided that the customer complies with ‘Operating and Maintenance Instructions’.
In case the сustomer chooses not to use our delivery and assembly services, Dantone Home will not be held responsible for any defects and damage to the products caused by self-arranged transit and assembly.
Items covered by the warranty may be replaced with an exact same model or similar one.
In case the product is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue an exchange, credit or refund for eligible items.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
