The item is eligible for return only without damages and signs of use. Delivery and handling costs will not be refunded. Customized products of proper quality cannot be returned.
Terms do not apply to the following products:
- kitchens
- wardrobe systems
- customized products with changes made at the request of the customer
- mattresses (with packaging removed)
- bed linen (with packaging removed)
- household appliances (without defects)
In order to return the product, send the application completed in written form to the showroom, to the manager's e-mail, or to the e-mail info@dantonehome.com.
