    Dantone Home provides a two-year limited warranty on all furniture items, effective from the date of order receipt. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear resulting from regular use is not classified as a manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered under this policy.

    Warranty Terms and Conditions
    • Warranty claims will only be processed if the customer has adhered to all Operating and Maintenance Instructions provided by Dantone Home.
    • In the event that a product is found to have a verified manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to either a replacement with an identical or comparable item or a refund, without deductions for delivery fees.
    • If the item under warranty is discontinued or out of stock, Dantone Home will offer either a replacement with an alternative product of equal value or issue a credit note in the amount paid. Monetary refunds are not provided for warranty-related claims.
    • Dantone Home shall bear no responsibility for damages, defects, or malfunctions arising from customer-arranged transportation or assembly services. Any issues resulting from self-arranged delivery or improper installation will not be eligible for warranty claims.

    Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
